Harrow Residential Habilitation
Harrow Residential Habilitation strives to provide the best quality to those needing supportive living services. We provide a safe space for adults (18 and older) with disabilities to increase their maximum independence by offering 24/7 supportive living services within their homes.
Based on individual eligibility, decided by the Department of Health and Welfare, 24 hours supportive living services are available:
(3 Participants to 1 Staff Member)
These services are offered to those that need 24 hour monitoring, but have reached some independence in daily tasks resulting in not needing as much hands on help.
(1 Participant to 1 Staff Member)
These services are offered to those that require 24 hour monitoring usually resulting from behavioral tendencies and/or medical needs. They usually require hands on help in most of their daily tasks and behavioral management.
Once eligible for one of the above services, we can work with each individual’s support team to create a personalized care plan that will cater to each participant’s needs. In addition to creating and implementing a personalized care plan that includes community integration, we offer payee services.

Get to Know Us
Jacob and Suzanne started Harrow Residential Habilitation to help those valued individuals in our community with developmental disabilities. Harrow works to find housing and help our clients become more integrated into the community.
Suzanne has firsthand knowledge of the needs associated with helping individuals with disabilities as her little sister was diagnosed with autism at a young age. This was one factor that inspired Suzanne to get her degree in social work. She has worked most of her career in social work; the last 10 years working specifically with those individuals with developmental disabilities. She has many contacts and a fantastic reputation in the industry.
Jacob has his undergraduate and law degree. He currently works at Merrill Lynch providing investment strategies for individuals and businesses.
Our lead administrator, Randi Farmer, has a degree in psychology and over 25 years’ experience in the various aspects of the social work industry. She is also a certified behavioral specialist. Like Suzanne, Randi has many contacts and a great reputation within the industry.
Jacob and Suzanne have brought this team together to ensure our clients receive the best care possible as they live a fulfilled life.
